Once your prescription has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked and secure postal service.
Delivery timescales may be affected by factors outside our control, including Royal Mail or courier delays. We will not be held liable for delays caused by third-party delivery providers. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us promptly so we can investigate.
